★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na compra do imóvel me senti nas nuvens, realizando meu sonho da casa própria, no entanto, comecei a viver um pesadelo um tempo antes da entrega ao ver que minha casa estava torta, tudo bem nos acertamos eu aceitei a condição oferecida, ainda indignada pois me senti enganada quando vi que não era só uma parede torta e sim a casa toda. Enfim, problema no banheiro sem um pedreiro deles que possa vir, tem que pedir terceiros e eles reembolsam mas tbm não garantem mais os 5 anos, óbvio, problema no disjuntor e querem abrir mão do sistema elétrico da casa toda. Então assim pense bem se vai querer pagar 30 ANOS uma casa assim. Quanto a atendimento o Everton, sócio ou dono não sei, muito peixe ensaboado tentando sempre tirar o dele da reta. Moro na casa a 1 ano e meio e já ocorreu tudo isso. PENSEM BEM.
