Bad as most of the builders, Craveiro Lopes building with several problems, windows that leak, leaky parking, electrical problems and much more !!! Garage flooded last Monday night 11/03.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um apt da construtora no predio da cabreuva com a sao joao Batista há uns anos atrás, e não tive nada a reclamar, entregaram no prazo e o dono foi sempre muito presente para ajudar com qualquer dúvida ou resolver os problemas!

Moro no condominio 3 santos ( na ministro osvaldo aranha), desde o começo nunca tive nada a reclamar da construtora, mas também não tinha muita experiência para poder comparar com as concorrentes.
Porém há uns 2-3 anos atrás, ocorreu um acidente em um dos apartamentos, no qual ele pegou fogo e demorou algumas horas para conter o incêndio.
O corpo de bombeiro, juntamente com engenheiros foram fazer a inspeção sobre os danos provocados, e uma coisa me marcou muito: segundo eles o predio foi construído com muita qualidade e com uma estrutura muito solida, não economizando nos materiais e com um metodo construtivo muito bom. De acordo com eles, se o predio fosse de outras construtoras da região ( eles chegaram a citar nomes, mas não colocarei aqui) ele teria sido condenado pelo incêndio.
Depois desse incidente, eu percebi que essa construtora é diferenciada, e não me arrependo de ter comprado um apartamento deles!

The fire department, along with engineers went to do the inspection on the damage caused, and one thing struck me a lot: according to them the building was built with a lot of quality and with a very solid structure, not saving on the materials and with a very constructive method good. According to them, if the property was from other builders in the area (they even mentioned names, but I will not put them here) he would have been convicted of the fire.
After this incident, I realized that this builder is different, and I do not regret buying an apartment from them!
