â â â â â PĂ©ssima construtora! PrĂ©dio repleto de infiltraçao nas paredes e atĂ© no ralo dos banheiros, pisos desnivelados, pia que empoça ĂĄgua, etc. Nunca assumem a responsabilade quando relatados os diversos problemas. Pena que sĂł descobrimos quando compramos, problemas aparecem com o tempo.
