Assistance from this company sucks ... I received the house 2 years ago, it was inspected, several damages and nothing was ever done and it was never solved.

AS BORRACHAS DA JANELAS ESTÃO GASTAS E POR ESSE MOTIVO ESTAR INFILTRANDO ÁGUA E CAUSANDO UM ENORME PAREDÃO DE MOFO NOS TRÊS QUARTOS, JÁ CANSEI DE IR NA CENTRAL DE ATENDIMENTO E TAMBÉM LIGAR ,PARA OS NUMEROS DA ASSISTÊNCIA E SEMPRE ESTAR DESLIGADO.
THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST ENTERPRISE MADE BY THIS CONSTRUCTOR, ALREADY MAKES SOME MONTHS THAT I TRY TO SOLVE SOME PROBLEMS THAT APPEARED IN MY HOUSE. THE RUBBERS OF THE WINDOWS ARE WEARED AND FOR THAT REASON IT IS INFILTRATING WATER AND CAUSING A HUGE MOFO WALL IN THE THREE ROOMS, I HAVE TIRED TO GO IN THE SERVICE CENTER AND ALSO CALL, TO THE ASSISTANCE NUMBERS AND ALWAYS BE TURNED OFF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa não tem gente responsável pela assistência técnica, recebi as chaves da casa em dezembro de 2015, mas, a casa apresentou alguns problemas, fora o acabamento de péssima qualidade, um vazamento dentro da parede do banheiro, liguei varias vezes pra assistência, já duas vezes que foi agendado e até agora nada foi feito, tento ligar novamente e não consigo falar com ninguém. E hoje 13/07/2016 me arrependo de ter adquirido um imóvel construído por essa construtora, uma decepção total.
This company has no people responsible for technical assistance, I received the keys to the house in December 2015, but the house had some problems, apart from the poor quality finish, a leak inside the bathroom wall, I called several times for assistance, already twice it has been scheduled and so far nothing has been done, I try to call again and can't talk to anyone. And today 13/07/2016 I regret having purchased a property built by this construction company, a total disappointment.
