Vou morar no prédio vizinho e se não tivesse comprado, compraria este. Melhor investimento que tem. Quem quiser investir, eu indico. Valorização na certa, e não terá prédios na frente pra tirar a vista do Canto do Forte.
 They are launching a project on Rua Tiradentes, Canto do Forte. Best region of Praia Grande, because I researched a lot before buying there. I'm going to live in the neighboring building and if I hadn't bought it, I would have bought this one. Best investment you have. Whoever wants to invest, I recommend. Appreciation certainly, and there will be no buildings in front to take the view from Canto do Forte.
