★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom eu não recomendo comprei um terreno nessa região o lugar parece que parou no tempo não evoluí as ruas tem buracos que engole um carro eu tenho um prédio no bairro mas foi o pior investimento de minha vida um APARTAMENTO que vale 1000 reais de aluguel vc tem que Alugar por 400 ou 500 reais no máximo mas estou confiante que as coisas vão melhorar.
Well I do not recommend I bought a piece of land in this region the place seems to have stopped in time the streets have holes that swallows a car I have a building in the neighborhood but it was the worst investment of my life an APARTMENT worth 1000 reais for rent you have to rent for 400 or 500 reais at most but I am confident that things will improve.
