★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sexta Feira dia 18/06 fui a loja para comprar uma torneira, fiquei dentro da loja por um bom tempo e ninguem veio me atender, pelo atendimento ruim dos vendedores que ali estavam resolvi ir embora muito chateada. Ja estava dentro do meu carro indo embora quando veio um rapaz de nome Luis Fernando para me atender e eu nao queria mais, ele me convenceu a descer para me atender. Acho que ele deve ser o gerente da loja, uma pessoa educada e muito profissional. Ele conseguir me vender a torneira me deu um otimo atendimento e mais uma vez me pediu desculpa. Hoje dou cinco estrela mas isolada para esse rapaz que foi muito cordial. No mundo hoje falta mais pessoas assim como ele. Parabens Trafane por ter alguns profissionais que faz valer a pena. E muito obrigada sr Luis Fernando por toda sua atenção e educação. Com certeza voltarei na loja mas procurarei ele para ser atendida.
Friday, June 18, I went to the store to buy a faucet, I stayed in the store for a long time and no one came to meet me, because of the poor service provided by the sellers who were there, I decided to leave very upset. I was already inside my car leaving when a guy named Luis Fernando came to meet me and I didn't want to anymore, he convinced me to go down to meet me. I think he must be the store manager, a polite and very professional person. He managed to sell me the tap gave me great care and once again apologized. Today I give five stars but isolated for this guy who was very cordial. The world today lacks more people like him. Congratulations Trafane for having some professionals who make it worthwhile. And thank you very much Mr Luis Fernando for all your attention and education. I'll definitely be back at the store but I'll look for him to be served.
