Large place, lots of parking spaces, price compatible with the market, promotions for registered customers, deserves a 5. The employees need to be more lively, the place looks sad, lifeless, too quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja poderia ser ótima, tem funcionários muito proativos e gentis mas fiquei horrorizada hoje ao visitar a loja e perceber a condição insalubre que a loja oferece à equipe pela falta de conforto térmico. Não ha o mínimo conforto térmico na loja. Não piso la até isso ser resolvido.
The store could be great, it has very proactive and kind employees but I was horrified today when I visited the store and realized the unhealthy condition that the store offers the staff due to the lack of thermal comfort. There is no minimum thermal comfort in the store. Don't step in there until this is resolved.

Será que tá falindo? É a segunda vez que eu venho e desta vez tá pior que a primeira vez que vim, e ainda sim não encontrei tudo que precisava.

Mas o atendimento precisa melhorar, e muito!
Uma funcionária da loja veio super arrogante conosco só por conta da loja estar perto do horário de fechar, sem contar a cara feia que a moça do caixa fez para nós, que éramos os últimos clientes na loja. Todos nós entendemos os horários de funcionamento de um estabelecimento, mas assim não é maneira de tratar os clientes.

A store employee came super arrogant with us just because the store was close to closing time, not to mention the ugly face that the cashier made at us, who were the last customers in the store. We all understand business hours, but that's no way to treat customers.
