Eu fui chamada para uma ENTREVISTA, e tomei um chá de cadeira com diversos documentos para preencher, provas para fazer e nada disso foi informado com antecedência, pois se tivesse sido avisado, eu teria me programado para ter o dia todo livre para essa "entrevista". Como resultado, perdi dinheiro para me locomover até o local, perdi meu tempo, pois após preencher os documentos tive que ir embora, pois meu compromisso era inadiável, então não pode ficar até o final, para saber se de fato teria uma entrevista ou não e ainda me atrasei para uma consulta médica que estava aguardando há meses. Não é porque estamos precisando de trabalho que vocês podem ter esse descaso, foi uma péssima experiência e espero não precisar passar por isso de novo. Por favor, melhorem o processo de vocês!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the provision of Valorem's services and the total lack of consideration for the participants in the selection processes. I was called for an INTERVIEW, and I had a cup of tea with several documents to fill out, tests to do and none of this was informed in advance, because if I had been warned, I would have scheduled myself to have the whole day free for this "interview" ". As a result, I lost money to travel to the place, I lost my time, because after filling out the documents I had to leave, because my appointment was unavoidable, so I cannot stay until the end, to know if I would actually have an interview or not. and I was still late for a medical appointment that I had been waiting for months. It's not because we need work that you can have this neglect, it was a bad experience and I hope I don't have to go through it again. Please improve your process!
