★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Peclat já é meu médico há mais de 15 anos, não troco por nada. Recentemente fiz um procedimento de Clacs para tratar meus vasinhos e adorei, ele possui mãos leves, não senti nada, e o resultado foi sensacional!!! Um médico super competente, humano, um cirurgião excepcional e mestre no que faz. Nos oferece um atendimento de primeira, suas funcionárias são extremamente atenciosas. Só posso agradecer por tudo e desejar que Deus continue lhe abençoando na sua caminhada.
Dr Peclat has been my doctor for over 15 years, I don't trade for anything. I recently did a Clacs procedure to treat my vessels and I loved it, it has light hands, I didn't feel anything, and the result was amazing !!! A super competent, human doctor, an exceptional surgeon and a master at what he does. It offers us a first rate service, its employees are extremely attentive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo profissional. Tira o corpo fora em qualquer situação, não escuta o paciente e ainda faz "venda casada", mandando para colegas que fazem o serviço que ele poderia fazer, porém pagando.

Consultório com aglomeração em plena pandemia e ainda, presenciei uma cena em que um senhor de idade foi convidado a se retirar de uma maneira bem grotesca da parte deste médico. E em consulta, tudo ele pede pra ver com sua secretária que faz tudo errado ou deixa pra cima hora(como no próprio dia da cirurgia por exemplo), informou dados todos errados ao hospital, enfim. É um médico péssimo, enxerga o paciente como um mero número, suas consultas não duram 5 minutos e quantidade sabemos que esta longe de qualidade. Por mais que vc tente explicar suas Comorbidades por exemplo, não dá atenção alguma. E joga tudo para os outros médicos, afinal, ele em si e nada é a mesma coisa.Até hj tenho uma perna que nunca mais foi a mesma após um implante de e um "mero" cateter e ele não deu qualquer prognóstico plausível. Até os pontos ele removeu porcamente, deixando resto de material na cicatriz.

He is a terrible doctor, he sees the patient as a mere number, his appointments do not last 5 minutes and quantity, we know that this is far from quality. As much as you try to explain your Comorbidities for example, do not pay any attention. And he throws everything to the other doctors, after all, he himself and nothing is the same thing. Until today I have a leg that was never the same after an implant and a "mere" catheter and he did not give any plausible prognosis. Even the stitches he removed savagely, leaving a remnant of material in the scar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na realidade decepcionante, meu avô foi por Indicacao e foi muito mal atendido, atendimento 0 humanizado, falou que ele poderia ter uma hemorragia interna e falecer a qualquer minuto, que uma pessoa de 93 anos é isso mesmo, perguntou o que queríamos. Isso tudo na frente do paciente que é lúcido orientado e escutou tudo. Muito triste!
In reality it was disappointing, my grandfather went to Referral and was very poorly attended, 0 humanized care, he said that he could have an internal hemorrhage and die any minute, that a 93-year-old is just that, he asked what we wanted. Te direciona pra outro médico da mesma clínica onde vc tem q pagar por fora, pq afinal a clínica tem o nome dele e ele não pode fazer uma consulta com diagnóstico decente! demora em atender, atendentes sem conhecimento dos procedimentos do plano de saúde e q ainda não são nada simpáticas.
Só vale se quiser passar raiva e perder tempo
Deveria só atender particular então. Desrespeito com quem fica 2h esperando a consulta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira consulta com o Dr. Julio foi razoavelmente boa, notei a sua inclinação em oferecer procedimento particular (aplicação + espuma) ao invés do coberto do plano (cirurgia), mas como ele mesmo disse, só poderia definir qual procedimento seria mais adequado para mim, após o resultado do exame de doppler.
Fiz o exame na própria clínica, com um outro médico que se comportou de maneira comprometida e interessada, fazendo perguntas, investigando minha genética, mas não pode me dar nenhum tipo de orientação, afinal ele não era o meu médico especialista.
Ao voltar com o resultado do exame, o Dr Julio olhou o diagnóstico e disse :"não precisa fazer nada com a safena". Eu sem entender direito o que isso significava, iniciei algumas perguntas que foram respondidas de maneira desinteressada e grosseira. Avaliou as outras questões que foram apresentadas no resultado desse exame e disse que eu teria 2 alternativas: cirurgia ou aplicação com espuma. Mas mesmo que optasse pela cirurgia iria precisar realizar algumas aplicações com espuma que poderiam ser lá mesmo no centro cirúrgico e/ou também no consultório.
Eu, que ainda estava sem entender como seria a cirurgia, muito menos o que seria essa tal de espuma, ainda forcei mais algumas perguntas nesse sentido, mas senti claramente a sua falta de paciência e vontade de esclarecer os detalhes, me deixando bastante desconfortável.
Encerramos a consulta com a seguinte pérola dele: “acho que não ficou nenhuma dúvida, certo? “ Como se não fosse possível ter mais dúvida sobre os procedimentos, já que ele explicou tudo com riqueza de detalhes e paciência ÍMPAR.
Respondi que sim, mas que faltava saber os detalhes sobre aplicação, como valores e etc, ele pediu que eu perguntasse a sua secretaria.
Perguntei para a secretária sobre as aplicações, ela mandou um wts app pro Dr Julio na minha frente e vi que ele respondeu o seguinte: "assim não vai funcionar, fala que você manda as informações depois".
Resumo da ópera: sai do consultório sem qualquer orientação sobre os próximos passos, me senti bastante acuada em realizar meus questionamentos em consulta, me senti pressionada a realizar um procedimento do qual eu não entendo seu funcionamento, eficácia e possíveis efeitos, enfim, não irei voltar e infelizmente não recomendo.

Not really understanding what that meant, I started some questions that were answered in a disinterested and rude way. He evaluated the other questions that were presented in the result of this exam and said that I would have 2 alternatives: surgery or foam application. But even if he opted for surgery, he would need to perform some applications with foam that could be right there in the operating room and/or also in the office.
I, who still didn't understand what the surgery would be like, much less what this foam would be like, still forced a few more questions in this regard, but I clearly felt his lack of patience and willingness to clarify the details, making me quite uncomfortable.
We ended the consultation with the following pearl of his: “I don't think there was any doubt, right? “ As if it were not possible to have more doubts about the procedures, since he explained everything with a wealth of detail and UNPARALLY patience.
I answered yes, but that I needed to know the details about the application, such as values and etc., he asked me to ask his secretary.
I asked the secretary about the applications, she sent a wts app to Dr Julio in front of me and I saw that he replied as follows: "that won't work, say you send the information later".
Opera summary: I left the office without any guidance on the next steps, I felt very cornered in carrying out my questions in consultation, I felt pressured to perform a procedure that I do not understand its functioning, effectiveness and possible effects, in short, I will not go come back and unfortunately do not recommend.
