★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei totalmente decepcionada com o atendimento do consultório da dra. Carla. Agendei uma consulta às 14h com a dra Carla, cheguei antes do horário e a médica só iniciou os atendimentos as 14:30 e para a minha surpresa eu não fui a primeira a ser atendida, pois o atendimento era por ordem de chegada, o que não me foi dito quando agendei a consulta por telefone. Tive que sair sem ser consultada porque tinha outro compromisso depois. ?
I was totally disappointed with the service at Dr. Carla. I scheduled an appointment at 2 pm with Dr Carla, I arrived before the time and the doctor only started the appointments at 2:30 pm and to my surprise I was not the first to be seen, as the service was by order of arrival, which I was not told when I scheduled the appointment over the phone. I had to leave without being consulted because I had another appointment later. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente no tuve la posibilidad de atenderme con la Dra. Carla. Tenía turno agendado para octubre, el mismo día me cancela porque la Dra estaba enferma. Re agendo para el 15 de noviembre (feriado), asisto porque realmente necesito atenderme y estuve esperando 1.30 hs para atenderme y aun me quedaban 30 minutos más para aguardar. Me fui porque realmente me parece una falta de respeto.
Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to see Dr. Carla. I had a shift scheduled for October, the same day he canceled me because the Dra was sick. I reschedule for November 15 (holiday), I attend because I really need to attend to myself and I was waiting 1.30 am to attend and I still had 30 more minutes to wait. I left because it really seems disrespectful to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao ligar par a clinica fui informado que o a consulta era por ordem de chagada a partir das 14h e a médica iniciaria o atendimento a a partir das 14:30h. Porém o atendimento começou as 15h e para melhorar a médica, atendeu representantes (acredito que de medicamentos ou equipamentos, enfim não importa) que chegaram após alguns pacientes. Revoltado com a situação após 2h de espera cancelei o atendimento. Sou arquiteto, jamais deixaria de atender um cliente para atender um representante de "trenas" ou "tintas", afinal de contas quem faz o escritório/clinica são os cliente/pacientes. Aparentemente pelos outros comentários se trata de um excelente profissional, mas infelizmente passei por esse descaso, assim como outros 6 pacientes que estariam ali esperando.
When calling the clinic I was informed that the consultation was in order of arrival from 14h and the doctor would start the service from 14:30. But the service started at 15h and to improve the doctor, attended representatives (I believe that drugs or equipment, finally does not matter) who arrived after some patients. Disgusted with the situation after 2h waiting I canceled the call. I am an architect, I would never fail to serve a client to meet a representative of "measuring tape" or "paint", after all the office / clinic is the client / patients. Apparently from the other comments he's a great professional, but unfortunately I went through this neglect, as well as 6 other patients who would be waiting there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui informado que a consulta seria por hora marcada, mas chegando no local, aguardei por mais de 2 (DUAS) HORAS para ser atendido, pois era POR ORDEM DE CHEGADA. Se você tiver algum compromisso no mesmo turno, procure outro médico, pois levará chá de cadeira.
I was informed that the appointment would be by appointment, but arriving at the place, I waited for more than 2 (TWO) HOURS to be attended, as it was IN ORDER OF ARRIVAL. If you have any appointments on the same shift, look for another doctor, as he will bring chair tea.
