Cheguei com 15min de antecedência e me deparei com o primeiro ponto ruim: em plena PANDEMIA, a recepcionista do consultório, um estabelecimento que deveria prezar pela saúde dos pacientes, estava SEM MÁSCARA. Eu disse que tinha consulta marcada, ela perguntou meu nome e pediu para eu esperar. Esperei por mais de 1h, a recepcionista não me chamou novamente para pedir a carteirinha do plano ou qualquer outro dado. Depois de muita espera, notei um papel colado atrás da recepção, com letras pequenas, avisando sobre atrasados, mas depois de ver duas pessoas que tinham entrado depois de mim serem atendidas, resolvi ir embora. O mínimo era esse aviso sobre atraso estar bem visível para todos ou pelo menos a recepcionista avisar. Além disso, o uso de máscara deveria ser indiscutível! Principalmente porque é um lugar pequeno e fechado. Absurdo.

I said I had an appointment, she asked my name and asked me to wait. I waited for more than 1h, the receptionist did not call me again to ask for the plan card or any other data. After a long wait, I noticed a paper pasted behind the reception, in small letters, warning about arrears, but after seeing two people who had come in after me was attended to, I decided to leave. The minimum was that the delay notice was visible to everyone or at least the receptionist warned. In addition, the use of a mask should be indisputable! Mainly because it is a small and closed place. Absurd.
