★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mim, a experiência não foi positiva. Minha tela havia sido quebrada e a carcaça estava empenada. Disseram que desentortariam a carcaça de modo que a tela coubesse corretamente. Contudo, após alguns dias, observei que a tela estava desbalanceada nas extremidades e que haviam algumas manchas nela. Ao colocar uma capinha nova, pressionei suas beiradas para que se encaixassem melhor no celular, porém, após fazer isso, acabei trincando uma das extremidades que foi apertada. Como não estava na cidade, demorei por volta de 20 dias para levar o aparelho ao conserto, mas, anteriormente, já havia avisado, por ligação, sobre as manchas. Assim que retornei, fui à loja para ver o que poderia ser feito. Bem, havia pedido para que o problema das manchas fosse resolvido e que a tela fosse, realmente, colocada certa em todos os cantos de modo que não pudesse ser rompida de novo. Ao voltar ao local para pegar o celular, haviam apenas posto a parte trincada da tela no encaixe da carcaça. Com isso, tive nem um dos outros dois problemas solucionados.
Pelo fato de o caso ser duvidoso, praticamente, assumi a posição de ter quebrado a tela, por causa de uma queda, e pedi apenas para que o trabalho anterior, o de desempenar, fosse feito direito, mas não fui atendido nesse quesito. A partir desse comentário, espero que os consumidores consigam tirar suas próprias conclusões acerca da loja. Caso o serviço pedido seja feito direito: ótimo, porém, se isso não foi o esperado: reclamem o quanto antes! Além do mais, observem o aparelho cuidadosamente antes de o retirar da loja.
For me, the experience was not positive. My screen had been broken and the housing was warped. They said they would untighten the housing so that the screen would fit properly. However, after a few days, I noticed that the screen was unbalanced at the edges and that there were some stains on it. When putting on a new cover, I pressed its edges so that they fit better on the cell phone, however, after doing so, I ended up biting one end that was tightened. As I was not in the city, it took me about 20 days to take the device to be repaired, but previously I had already warned, by phone call, about the stains. As soon as I returned, I went to the store to see what could be done. Well, I had asked for the stain problem to be resolved and for the screen to be really placed right in every corner so that it could not be broken again. When returning to the place to get the cell phone, they had only put the cracked part of the screen in the housing's housing. With that, I had neither of the other two problems solved.
Because the case is doubtful, I practically took the position of having broken the screen, because of a fall, and asked only for the previous job, to perform, to be done right, but I was not attended to in this regard. From that comment, I hope that consumers will be able to draw their own conclusions about the store. If the requested service is done right: great, however, if this was not expected: complain as soon as possible! In addition, observe the device carefully before removing it from the store.
