Por dois minutos eu baixei a máscara para falar ao telefone e fui grosseiramente repreendida, mesmo estando afastada das pessoas na clínica. Fui para um canto falar pq tb não queria falar alto ao telefone e com máscara não dá para ouvir direito. Eu em nenhum momento me recusei a usar máscara, apenas abaixei alguns minutos para responder mensagens ao celular e retornava à máscara para o lugar. Não tinha a mínima necessidade de me tratarem daquela forma, principalmente a atendente e o médico responsável. Foi terrível. Não pretendo voltar, a não ser se for caso de vida ou morte. Lamentável.
I have never been so mistreated in a clinic that cares about health, especially mental health. For two minutes I lowered the mask to speak on the phone and was rudely reprimanded even though I was away from the people in the clinic. I went to a corner to talk because I also didn't want to talk loudly on the phone and with a mask I can't hear properly. I never refused to wear a mask, I just went down a few minutes to answer messages on my cell phone and returned the mask to its place. There was no need to treat me that way, especially the attendant and the responsible doctor. It was terrible. I don't intend to go back, unless it's a matter of life or death. Unfortunate.
