★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma extração hoje, por enquanto, a extração que eu fiz deu tudo certo, mas não voltaria pois achei o lugar precário. Duas pessoas fazendo um procedimento num mesmo ambiente, sem nenhuma privacidade e cuidado com o paciente. Além disso, os profissionais que não estão participando de nenhum procedimento ficam sentados em umas cadeiras encostadas lá, mexendo no celular etc, tudo na mesma sala. Fui por um direcionamento do plano, mas já passei o feedback para a ouvidoria e espero que outros pacientes não precisem passar pelo que passei, pelo menos até que a situação seja melhorada.

Two people performing a procedure in the same environment, without any privacy and care for the patient. In addition, professionals who are not participating in any procedure are sitting on chairs leaning there, playing with their cell phones, etc., all in the same room. I went through a direction of the plan, but I have already passed the feedback to the ombudsman and I hope that other patients do not need to go through what I went through, at least until the situation is improved.
