★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissional totalmente desqualificado, desatualizado e sem nenhuma ética profissional. Gilvandro literalmente não ouve porque tem deficiência auditiva (me obrigando a tirar a minha máscara para poder entender o que eu dizia), e figurativamente também não ouve, pois, não deixa o paciente terminar uma frase sem interrompê-lo. A consulta inteira foi um show de horrores, um bate boca. Ele duvidou do meu diagnóstico, mesmo eu apresentando o laudo. Saí de lá me sentindo completamente lesada. Para completar, ele contou o que foi conversado na nossa consulta para a minha mãe, que foi atendida logo depois de mim, coisas que nem eu havia conversado com ela ainda.
Professional totally disqualified, outdated and without any professional ethics. Gilvandro literally does not hear because he is hearing impaired (forcing me to take off my mask so I can understand what I was saying), and figuratively he does not hear either, because he does not let the patient finish a sentence without interrupting him. The entire consultation was a freak show, a mouthful. He doubted my diagnosis, even though I presented the report. I left there feeling completely injured. In addition, he told my mother what was discussed in our consultation, which was attended to right after me, things that even I had not talked to her yet.

Não tem empatia com os pacientes.(cheguei no consultório desesperada pq perdi minha tia com câncer e ele disse que era só UMA TIA) Força as pessoas a tirar a máscara em plena pandemia por causa do problema de audição dele e ainda tentou me avaliar pelo meu peso. Ele disse que se eu engordei... Estou melhor. Absurdo! Tenho pena da secretária dele que é um anjo de pessoa.
Terrible professional! He has no empathy with patients. (I arrived at the office desperate because I lost my aunt with cancer and he said it was just AN AUNT) Forces people to take off their mask in the middle of a pandemic because of his hearing problem and even tried to evaluate me by my weight. He said that if I gained weight... I'm better. Absurd! I feel sorry for his secretary who is an angel of person.
