Resolvi telefonar para confirmar e ela teve a coragem de dizer que estava tentando me ligar e nao conseguiu avisar que desmarcaria a consulta pois teria um compromisso. Onde já se viu isso? Perdi meu tempo. Muita falta de respeito e profissionalismo, não volto nunca mais!!!!

I decided to call to confirm it and she had the courage to say that she was trying to call me and could not tell me that she would clear the appointment because she would have an appointment.
