★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dra. Marilisa é ÓTIMA, mas devia DEMITIR AS DUAS SECRETÁRIAS, elas não atendem telefone, já vi as duas no facebook e a gente fica esperando no balcão olhando para a cara das duas, já fiquei mais de 1 hora ligando e ninguém atende e qdo atende vc ouve as conversas e depois cai a ligação.
Dr. Marilisa is GREAT, but SHOULD DEMIT THE TWO SECRETARIES, they don't answer the phone, I've seen them both on facebook and we are waiting at the counter looking at their faces, I've been calling for over an hour and nobody answers and When you answer you hear the conversations and then the call drops.

Meu filho tinha 1 ano e estava com entupimento no canal lacrimal desde q nasceu, tdos queriam encaminhá - lo à cirurgia, e a Dra o curou na primeira consulta, ao nos ensinar a forma correta de massagear o canal ! É excelente profissional! Sou muito grata!
The Dra was very well recommended by other ophthalmologists. My son was 1 year old and had been clogged in the tear canal since he was born, all of them wanted to refer him to surgery, and Dr. Cured him in the first appointment, by teaching us the correct way to massage the canal! It is excellent professional! I'm very grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em resposta a sra Helen Porfiriio devo agradecê-la por expor este problema pois vai me ajudar muito . Há mais de 2 anos estou com problemas com os teledones 3251... e 3252.....e a companhia telefônica já foi chamada dezenas de vezes e a resposta é que o defeito é interno. Estou colhendo todas as infomações para descobrir a causa do defeito. Como Helen referiu o telefone toca, a secretária atende mas desliga a seguir.
Pedi técnicos para avaliação da parte elétrica da casa, do PABX e do alarme e todos são unâmines em afirmar que o problema é externo da companhia telefônica. Com todas estas provas vou acionar o Procon e a Anatel para que tenham ciência deste problema grave e que me orientem na resolução pois eu já esgotei todas as possibildades de solução.
Estou com 2 novos telefones que são: 3251-5206 e 3383-5028 e todos os convê
nios que eu atendo já foram informados sobre a mudança dos telefones.
Mais uma vez agradeço a Helen por me ajudar com esta questão

In response to Mrs. Helen Porfiriio I must thank you for exposing this problem as it will help me a lot. For over 2 years I have been having problems with the 3251 ... and 3252 teledones ... and the telephone company has been called dozens of times and the answer is that the defect is internal. I am collecting all the information to find out the cause of the defect. As Helen said the phone rings, the secretary answers but hangs up.
I asked technicians to evaluate the electrical part of the house, the PBX and the alarm and all are unanimous in stating that the problem is external to the telephone company. With all this evidence I will call Procon and Anatel to be aware of this serious problem and to guide me in the resolution because I have exhausted all possibilities of solution.
I have 2 new phones that are: 3251-5206 and 3383-5028 and all befits
Some of the people I answer have already been told about changing phones.
Thanks again to Helen for helping me with this issue.
