Estavam com meus docs para declaração de IR há mais de 15 dias, tds devidamente identificados e simplesmente não conseguem fazer o serviço à que se propõem. A gente explica anota, desenha, manda áudio explicando de novo. Num dia, te deixam falando, no outro, querem que atendam eles de prontidão. Como pode?. Achei de uma atitude muito anti etica da funcionária Cláudia. Achei que faltou capacidade técnica tb pra entender algo simples que é uma declaração de IR de pessoa física, ou é má vontade mesmo, pois o lucro é baixo.
I do not recommend! lack of professionalism impressed me a lot. They had been with my docs for IR declaration for more than 15 days, all duly identified and they just can't do the service they are proposing. We explain notes, draw, send audio explaining again. One day, they leave you talking, the next, you want them to be on duty. How can you? I thought the employee Cláudia was very unethical. I thought there was also a lack of technical capacity to understand something simple, which is a personal income tax declaration, or it is really bad will, because the profit is low.
