★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fico feliz que essa Administradora não tem passado o valor do condomínio para qualquer um que pergunta, conforme informaram. Isso pra mim chama-se Segurança Jurídica. Isso é condomínio, as pessoas vão pra condomínio porque querem segurança. E aí de repente alguem liga e sai conseguindo a informação que quer? Quem autorizou passar? Aí a pessoa sai informando a taxa de condomínio e atrapalha a venda ou a locação dos demais. Ou por conta dessas outras que passam. O cara passa a falar com convicção e mente o valor do condomínio ou outros dados, atrapalhando a venda, ou ainda desvalorizando o condomínio. Quem garante que esse corretor aí não falará com convicção outros dados e os compradores acreditarão. Isso aí Contabilidade & Condomínios Teixeira. Está honrando o nome que tem rss.
