Escolhi um produto e quando fui passar no caixa o preço era diferente da etiqueta na gôndola.
Quando questionei a vendedora, a mesma alegou que era devido a cor ser diferente. Sendo que não tinha outro preço na prateleira.
Ao perguntar à gerente ela me disse que a loja não tinha obrigação nenhuma em resolver o meu problema.
Desde quando sou obrigada a adivinhar que o preço só vale para uma cor?? Ou saber os códigos de cores da loja? É obrigação da loja SIM informar todos os preços de modo claro!!
Se forem comprar na loja tirem foto de tudo que for pegando porque eles "NÃO TEM OBRIGAÇÃO NENHUMA DE AJUDAR OS CLIENTES".
Terrible attendance.
I chose a product and when I went to the checkout the price was different from the label on the gondola.
When I questioned the seller, she claimed that it was due to the color being different. Since there was no other price on the shelf.
When asked the manager she told me that the store had no obligation to solve my problem.
Since when am I forced to guess that the price only applies to one color ?? Or know the store's color codes? It is the obligation of the SIM store to inform all prices clearly !!
If you go shopping at the store, take a picture of everything you take because they "HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO HELP CUSTOMERS".

Passei por 2 constrangimentos na loja por troca de produtos, pois eu não tinha a nota fiscal do produto, mas tinha a etiqueta dos mesmos e que estavam em garantia. Gastei mais de 14 mil na empresa, não trocaram 3 lâmpadas queimadas em garantia, com a etiqueta deles. E tenho o comprovante da nota fiscal paulista. Olha o que diz o Código de Defesa do Consumidor: "Mesmo que a loja tenha determinado que só faz trocas com nota fiscal, o consumidor deve insistir, se tiver como comprovar a compra no estabelecimento, como recomenda a coordenadora do Procon-SP, Renata Reis. Se não funcionar, pode denunciar a loja no Procon, que considera a prática abusiva".
Terrible attendance.
I went through 2 constraints at the store due to product exchange, as I didn't have the product's invoice, but I had the label on the products and that they were under warranty. I spent more than 14 thousand in the company, they didn't exchange 3 burnt bulbs under warranty, with their label. And I have proof of the São Paulo invoice. Look at what the Consumer Defense Code says: "Even if the store has determined that it only exchanges with invoice, the consumer must insist, if he can prove the purchase at the establishment, as recommended by the coordinator of Procon-SP, Renata Reis. If it doesn't work, you can report the store on Procon, which he considers abusive."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, so pelo motivo do que eu ia comprar era algo barato nao me deram atenção pedi pra falar com quem tinha me atendido no telefone a atendente saiu pra chamar ficou conversando no caminho e pronto ja era . Nao voltou mais .
E ja e a segunda vez que passo raiva nesse lugar .
Terrible service, just for the reason that what I was going to buy was something cheap they didn't pay attention to me I asked to speak to whoever had attended me on the phone the attendant came out to call, she was talking on the way and that's it. Didn't come back.
And this is the second time I spend anger in this place.
