★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregaram um aquecedor que já não funcionou no primeiro dia, depois de muitos gastos com visita do técnico e tudo mais, o técnico mandou dar um tapa no aparelho qdo ele não funcionasse, então tenho até hoje um aquecedor que funciona hora sim hora não.
 They delivered a heater that no longer worked on the first day, after a lot of expenses with the technician's visit and everything, the technician slapped the device when it didn't work, so I still have a heater that works every other hour.

My experience at this store was terrible. I even changed the brand of my device (Lorenzetti) to never need to enter it again.
Customer biased one price on the phone but it was more expensive still had to listen to background question for (who is?) Bizarre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei comprar um chuveiro meio urgente pois o meu tinha pifado porém minha experiência não foi das melhores paguei 141 reais numa ducha Lorenzetti como era urgente não pesquisei porém para minha decepção a noite precisei ir ao supermercado Atacadão para minha surpresa a mesma ducha sai pôr 73 reais isso é um absurdo nunca mais passo nem na porta
I had to buy a shower a little bit urgent because mine had failed but my experience was not the best I paid 141 reais in a Lorenzetti shower as it was urgent I did not research but to my disappointment the night I had to go to Atacadão supermarket for my surprise the same shower leaves for 73 reais this is absurd I will never even walk by the door
