 The employee Robson is super rude, rude and uneducated, has no preparation in customer service, and Dora who should take action leaves everything as it is, look for another accounting if you do not want to anger, I do not indicate! Worst Bh accounting

â â â â â Desde 2012 a Contafer tem atendido a minha empresa sem que eu tenha percebido nenhum problema. Porem, recentemente comecei a descobrir alguns problemas junto a PBH e RF. Recebi um Auto de Infracao da PBH e, quando questionei a Dora o motivo, ela disse "esse auto Ă© referente a fiscalização que nĂŁo foi atendida" (palavras dela por email). Porem, ao entrar em contato com a PBH, fui informado que minha empresa recebeu o Auto de Infracao "Por deixar de transmitir ou apresentar a declaracao eletronica de servicos - DES" (resposta da PBH por email). Com isso, acessei o portal BHISS Digital e consultei o relatĂłrio de entrega das DES. Para minha surpresa existem varias DES antigas entregues em 2017 (coincidentemente apos eu ter questionado a Dora sobre o Auto de Infracao). Fui entao verificar como estava a situacao da empresa junto a Receita Federal e constam varias pendencias tambem. Apos alguma conversa, sabem qual a resposta da Dora? "Prezado SĂ©rgio, a conversa encerra por aqui, nĂŁo vou assumir nenhuma multa." Atenciosamente, DORA. Atitude totalmente nao profissional, sem ao menos se defender, apresentar nenhum argumento. Eu entendo que qualquer empresa/pessoa pode errar. Porem, a Dora tentou colocar a culpa do Auto de Infracao em cima de mim, sendo que ela, como profissional, com certeza ja sabia o verdadeiro motivo da multa. Nao indico a Contafer pra ninguem, aconselho aos clientes existentes a darem uma olhada na entrega das DES junto a PBH, tirar relatorio fiscal na Receita Federal e qualquer problema que voces tiverem nao acreditem cegamente na resposta da Contafer, consultem pessoalmente o orgao resposavel no caso de multas/infracoes e pesquisem na internet.
Since 2012 Contafer has served my company without me noticing any problems. However, I recently started to discover some problems with PBH and RF. I received an Infringement Notice from PBH, and when I asked Dora why, she said "this report refers to enforcement that was not met" (her words by email). However, upon contacting PBH, I was informed that my company received the Notice of Infraction "for failing to transmit or submit the electronic declaration of services - DES" (PBH reply by email). With that, I accessed the BHISS Digital portal and consulted the DES delivery report. To my surprise there are several old DES delivered in 2017 (coincidentally after I questioned Dora about the Auto Infringement). I then went to check how was the situation of the company with the IRS and there are several pending issues as well. After some conversation, do you know what Dora's answer is? "Dear Sergio, the conversation ends here, I will not assume any fine." Sincerely, DORA. Completely unprofessional attitude, without even defending himself, make no argument. I understand that any company / person can go wrong. However, Dora tried to place the Auto Infraction blame on me, and she, as a pro, certainly knew the real reason for the fine. I do not recommend Contafer to anyone, I advise existing customers to take a look at the delivery of DES to PBH, get a tax report from the IRS and any problems you may have do not blindly believe in Contafer's response, personally consult the responsible body in case fines / infringements and search the internet.
