★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de comprometimento com o cliente, na hora de vender são ótimos, mas na hora de trocar as peças que vieram quebradas não trocaram, não indico a loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar conceituado na cidade porém o atendimento ao cliente é de péssima qualidade, fiz uma compra de mais de Mil reais, paguei por pix, e estou a 13 dias solicitando o certificado das pedras e a vendedora simplesmente faz pouco caso e fica enrolando para me entregar, dia 3/02 ela (Ana Paula) me disse que assim que emitisse a nota fiscal ela encaminharia o certificado (o pagamento já havia sido feito), dia 8/02 voltei a cobrar ela disse que iria solicitar o certificado, dia 12/02 cobrei denovo e ela disse "Logo te passo" solicitei um prazo ela disse " segunda feira" 15/02, hoje dia 16/02 cobrei novamente e ela me informou que amanhã ela irá solicitar para o setor responsável porque eles voltam a trabalhar amanhã! Péssimo atendimento!!! Imensamente descontente

Terrible attendance!!! Immensely displeased

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei as pedras e depois de assentá-las percebi algumas pedras trincadas, que dá para perceber quando são lavadas, liguei várias vezes na empresa e os vendedores diz que passaria o caso a gerente, mas já faz um ano e não recebi o retorno da empresa. Fiquei insatisfeita. Depois de tentar muito o contato resolvi desistir.
