Meu problema na impressora era simples, mas, sou muito leiga e com certeza poderiam ter me explorado, ficado com a impressora e me cobrado por um serviço tão simples (pra eles), e o rapaz na recepção prontamente resolveu e me ensinou a resolver nas próximas. Muito obrigada pelo atendimento e profissionalismo.
