 Unfortunately my hair didn't pass the test, but I'll follow Gabriel's tips and I'm sure I'll come back and I hope to be able to perform the procedure, I really liked the service and attention they had, thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corte muito bom mas atendimento 0. O cabeleireiro ( Bruno) ficou o tempo todo no celular, mal olhou na minha cara ou falou comigo. Fui muito bem atendida pelo assistente dele que deu a maior atencao. Na internet uma pessoa.. pessoalmente e outra. Neste tipo de corte geralmente os cabelereiros dao dicas de cuidados principalmente para pessoas em transicao.
Acho q so cabelos q vao para o insta recebem bom atendimento. Me senti muito mal.. foram 2 cortes.. meu e da minha sobrinha mais manicure. Nao gastei pouco sai de la chateada e com a promessa que hao voltaria mais. Nao adianta ter talento se nao tem Educação
Very good cut but service 0. The hairdresser (Bruno) was on his cell phone the entire time, he barely looked at me or spoke to me. I was very well assisted by his assistant who gave the greatest attention. On the internet, one person... personally and another. In this type of cut, hairdressers usually give care tips, especially for people in transition.
I think only hair that goes to the urge receives good care. I felt really bad... there were 2 cuts... mine and my niece plus manicure. I didn't spend a little getting out of there upset and with the promise that I would come back for more. It's no use having talent if you don't have Education

Salon with excellent service and procedures, I loved the professionals who attended me, Gabriel the most patient hairdresser I've ever had! Amazing treatment and cozy atmosphere, I even took a nap during the procedure lol, I recommend it with my eyes closed, and I'll be back soon!

O Thiago conversou comigo o tempo todo, me informando e dando dicas, ele é muito atencioso. Moro em São Caetano do Sul e tenho o prazer de ir até o Contemporâneo pq o trabalho deles é excelente. Vale muito a pena
This is the second time I cut my hair with them and I loved it. I took my son and he loved it too. Perfect service, perfect work, they really understand curls. Thiago talked to me all the time, informing me and giving me tips, he is very attentive. I live in São Caetano do Sul and I have the pleasure of going to Contemporâneo because their work is excellent. It's really worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atraso excessivo no atendimento e só frustração. Moro super longe, fui ao salão por 2 vezes e em nenhuma delas consegui fazer as mechas que tinha agendado. O profissional nas 2 vezes fez um teste de mechas que demorou quase duas horas e me informou que meu cabelo "não aguentaria o procedimento". Estranhei a conduta do cabeleireiro porque meu cabelo praticamente não tem química, não tem alisamento, é hidratado regularmente e nem uso secador/chapinha nele. Então, 3 dias após ele se recusar pela segunda vez a fazer o procedimento no meu cabelo, resolvi ir a outro salão e consegui fazer as mechas que eu queria, e meu cabelo não só aguentou o procedimento, como também está super saudável. Ou seja: só perdi tempo e dinheiro (com estacionamento e combustível) indo a esse salão. Nunca mais volto.
Excessive delay in service and just frustration. I live very far away, I went to the salon twice and in none of them I managed to do the locks I had scheduled. The professional both times did a strand test that took almost two hours and informed me that my hair "wouldn't handle the procedure". The hairdresser's behavior was strange because my hair has practically no chemistry, it doesn't have straightening, it's hydrated regularly and I don't even use a hairdryer/straightener on it. So, 3 days after he refused for the second time to do the procedure on my hair, I decided to go to another salon and managed to get the locks I wanted, and my hair not only endured the procedure, but is also super healthy. In other words: I only lost time and money (with parking and fuel) going to this salon. Never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gabriel diz que transforma a autoestima das mulheres só não esclarece se é para melhor ou para pior. Aguardei um mês para fazer as mechas e chegando lá ele disse que faria um teste no meu cabelo. Descoloriu uma mecha e ficou puxando para dizer que o cabelo estava quebradiços, disse que só faria as mechas após cronograma capilar. Ainda questionou se eu queria ficar com aquela mecha loira. Já não bastava ter o procedimento cancelado ainda teria que sair com o cabelo descolorido. O ônus de ter um cabelo quebrado pós procedimento é meu, ele pode até informar os riscos, mas como consumidora eu aceito ou não. Ao procurar as avaliações verifiquei que essa é uma prática dele. Usa a desculpa que o cabelo não está saudável para empurrar serviço de tratamento no salão. Olhando o Instagram dele é visível o tipo de público que ele atende: jovens e lisas. Perdi tempo, dinheiro e ainda fiquei com um pedaço do cabelo desbotado. Não adianta ter técnica se não tem o mínimo de noção de atendimento e atenção ao cliente.

I lost time, money and still got a bit of faded hair. It's no use having technique if you don't have the slightest notion of customer service and attention.
