Ela não conseguiu o frete para BH e me disse que o frete era por minha conta, somente depois de eu ter reclamado que havia se passado um mês. Paguei o sinal no ato do pedido e não devolveram o dinheiro depois cancelei o pedido. Até hoje esperando o dinheiro... Total desrespeito com o cliente. O barato que sai caríssimo.
Nothing professional. I closed the order with Marília who promised delivery within 15 days. She didn't get the shipping to BH and told me that the shipping was on me, only after I complained that a month had passed. I paid the down payment upon ordering and they didn't refund the money after I canceled the order. Until today waiting for the money... Total disrespect to the customer. The cheap that is very expensive.
