★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 maquinas usadas em Agosto/ 21 com Roni o proprietário da empresa, quanto a compra, entrega e pagamento foram pontuais e muito ágeis. As máquinas segundo o mesmo, estavam em perfeito estado e seriam de grande valia com garantia pela empresa. Estou desde o mês seguinte a compra Setembro/ 21 com uma das máquinas sem funcionar pós instalação e com um vazamento aparente e muito claro.
Desde la tento solicitado via mensagens, ligações e pedidos diretamente ao sr Roni para que solucione o problema do aparelho, sem nenhuma solução. Foram enviadas 2 visitas de la pra ca, e a máquina continua somente ventilando sem gelar. As solicitações de minha parte sempre pontuais, cordiais e diárias, todas documentadas. Estou pedido por favor!!! Mas até agora não vejo por parte da empresa nenhum interesse em solucionar o meu problema. Fiquem ligados pois na compra foi bem diferente.
I bought 2 used machines in August / 21 with Roni the owner of the company, regarding the purchase, delivery and payment were punctual and very agile. The machines, according to the same, were in perfect condition and would be of great value with a guarantee from the company. I have been since the month following the purchase September/21 with one of the machines not working after installation and with an apparent and very clear leak.
Since then, I have been asking Mr. Roni directly via messages, calls and requests to solve the problem with the device, without any solution. 2 visits were sent from there to here, and the machine just continues to ventilate without freezing. The requests on my part were always punctual, cordial and daily, all documented. I'm begging please!!! But so far I don't see any interest on the part of the company in solving my problem. Stay tuned because the purchase was very different.
