Closed on November 16th. Without duty. I was bitten by a bat and had to go to Botucatu to be treated at Unesp. Disregard with the population. The website says it would be open today from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. # not only. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As pessoas que trabalham lá não te ajudam só dão desculpas. Isso pq segunda eles só possuem 2 fiscais para uma cidade de Bauru. Então eu pergunto pra que serve a Zoonoses ? Gostaria de saber até que ponta eles ajudam as pessoas.
The people who work there don't help you just make excuses. This pq second they only have 2 inspectors for a city of Bauru. So I ask what is the Zoonoses for? I wonder how far they help people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não servem para NADA, achei uma cachorrinha abandonada na rua e entrei em contato com eles, disseram que não podem fazer nada e desligaram, SIMPLISMENTE NÃO ESTÃO NEM AI COM OS ANIMAIS, COMO SEMPRE A PREFEITURA DE BAURU SENDO UM CANCER
They're useless, I found an abandoned dog on the street and got in touch with them, they said they can't do anything and hung up, THEY JUST DON'T CARE WITH THE ANIMALS, AS BAURU CITY HALL ALWAYS BEING A CANCER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal super atencioso, estive no locar e vi o cuidado que eles têm com os bichinhos e os locais em que eles ficam. Adotei uma família de 3 gatinhos filhotes que tratei na mamadeira, pois a mamãe não cuidava mais, e eles me ofereceram a castração dos 3 como gesto de gratidão. Todos foram muito bem atendidos, a cirurgia foi rapidinha e eles se recuperaram muito bem em casa <3 em breve espero poder ajudar com mais doações de ração e medicamentos novamente.
Super attentive staff, I was at the site and saw the care they take with the animals and the places where they are. I adopted a family of 3 kittens that I nursed from the bottle, as my mother didn't take care of them anymore, and they offered me the castration of the 3 as a gesture of gratitude. Everyone was very well cared for, the surgery was quick and they recovered very well at home <3 soon I hope to be able to help with more feed and medicine donations again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui adotar dois gatinhos lá e fui extremamente bem atendida, todos os funcionários parecem gostar muito dos animais e eles aparentam ser muito bem tratados, além de tudo ainda fornecem a castração gratuita. Recomendo muito o local, e todos que desejem adotar ir lá para auxiliar esses animaizinhos
