No momento da compra fui informada pela vendedora que com esta garantia eu poderia trocar a cobertura da espuma que já estava se descascando por ser de "couro" sintético. No mesmo mês telefonei para confirmar que eles poderiam fazer essa manutenção e fui informada novamente que "basta vir a loja com a nota fiscal ou cópia".
PORÉM quando fui a loja esta semana, me foi vetado fazer esta manutenção. Não bastasse ter me vendido o produto nas costas de uma mentira/desinformação, ainda me fizeram perder tempo indo a loja para nada. Não retornarei a comprar.
I bought a Philips headphone on 06/05/2021 with a one year warranty. At the time of purchase, I was informed by the seller that with this guarantee I could change the foam cover that was already peeling because it was made of synthetic "leather". In the same month I called to confirm that they could do this maintenance and was informed again that "just come to the store with the invoice or copy".
BUT when I went to the store this week, I was banned from doing this maintenance. It wasn't enough to have sold me the product on the back of a lie/disinformation, they made me waste time going to the store for nothing. I will not return to buy.
