Tirando que a comunicação é horrível, além de demorar pra responder só ficam enrolando! Essa empresa só me deu dor de cabeça, se pudesse dava menos 3 estrelas

É tanta burocracia, tanta sigla, tanto documento... tudo isso me deixa bem confuso. Mas a Conube tem cuidado de tudo isso pra mim... e não preciso me preocupar. Conube, de verdade, vcs são feras! Wesley.. valeu pelo ótimo atendimento... incríveis como sempre!
I have zero complaints.. on the contrary. From the first moment, literally, they gave me the strength and guidance I needed. Entrepreneurship is not an easy task in Brazil. There's so much bureaucracy, so many acronyms, so many documents... all this makes me very confused. But Conube has taken care of all that for me... and I don't need to worry. Eles tiveram problemas no sistema, as movimentações que fiz ficaram embaralhadas, pediram para eu pagar um valor extra para uma consultoria, a consultora falou que lançaria tudo e continuou errado.
Agora, que precisei entregar meu IR, só falam que é isso e, agora, nem retornam mais.
Saiam dessa furada. A nota baixa deles é merecida, não é pq têm muitos clientes ou que os clientes são chatos.
When it comes to selling, excellent. When answering questions, terrible.
They had system problems, the transactions I made were scrambled, they asked me to pay an extra amount for a consultancy, the consultant said she would launch everything and it was still wrong.
Now that I had to hand in my IR, they just say that's it and now they don't even return it.
Get out of this hole. Their low grade is deserved, it's not because they have a lot of customers or that customers are boring.
