★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cachorro quente com pouquíssimo recheio, tapioca com quase nada também. Só o cachorro quente sai rápido, o resto demora muito, quase desistimos de esperar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são bons, e o atendimento era bom... Mas com o passar do tempo caiu muito.
Eu era cliente diário de lá , de domingo a domingo, até um dia ficar aguardando e não ser atendido por ninguém, só via os funcionários para lá e para cá, aí desisti de ser cliente assíduo e passei a ir somente em situações de falta de opção.
Hoje pedi pelo Ifood o tempo médio de entrega de 1 hora, até aí tudo bem, porque é o tempo estipulado pelo aplicativo, só que somo por trás do Super Show Seridó , a menos de 5 cinco minutos. Entregaram meu pedido faltando a Coca que acompanhava o combo, e uma bomba de açaí que virou no Caminho.
Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e a funcionária me enviou uma mensagem informando que não tinha mais sabor açaí. Se não tem tira do cardápio do Ifood... Enfim só mostra que a coisa cresceu, mas cresceu desordenada , e assim como eu já vi outros clientes reclamarem de lá.
Deixo claro que tem alguns bons funcionários que atendem bem, se não estaria sendo injusto.
Mas hoje decidi que nem água compro mais lá.
Boa sorte e não vejam como crítica destrutiva e sim construtiva, e melhorem para não perder mais clientes
The products are good, and the service was good... But over time it dropped a lot.
I was a daily customer there, from Sunday to Sunday, until one day I was waiting and not being attended to by anyone, I only saw the employees back and forth, then I gave up being a regular customer and started going only in situations of lack of option.
Today I asked Ifood for an average delivery time of 1 hour, so far so good, because it's the time stipulated by the application, but we are behind the Super Show Seridó, less than 5-5 minutes. They delivered my order, missing the Coke that came with the combo, and an açaí bomb that turned into the Way.
I got in touch through WhatsApp and the employee sent me a message informing me that it no longer had açaí flavor. If there's no strip on the Ifood menu... Anyway, it just shows that the thing has grown, but it has grown disorganized, and just like I've seen other customers complain about it.
I make it clear that there are some good employees who serve them well, otherwise I would be unfair.
But today I decided that I don't even buy water there anymore.
Good luck and don't see criticism as destructive but constructive, and improve so as not to lose more customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentei na mesa e tive que pedir o cardapio porque ninguém veio até mim e ninguém trouxe. Chegou algumas pessoas "aparentemente" bem $ de vida e não levou 5 segundos pra atendente ir na mesa deles com o cardápio. Resumindo: Me retirei do local e procurei outra lanchonete porque esperei muito apenas por um cardápio.
I sat at the table and had to order the menu because nobody came to me and nobody brought it. Some people arrived "apparently" well $ of life and it didn't take 5 seconds for the server to go to their table with the menu.
