★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início tive uma ótimo experiência, contudo, no decorrer, o atendimentos só foi piorando, tentava ligar e não era atendido, mandava mensagem e a era respondido com má vontade. Procurei marcar atendimento com uma especialidade e demoraram mais de 15 dias para me retornar. Quando quis cancelar o convênio, a mesma burocracia, não pude fazer de modo remoto, como qualquer outro serviço, tive que ir ao Rossi, esperar por vários minutos pois eles estavam fechados (isso porque foi hora marcada!). Um descaso com o cliente. Novamente, liguei diversas vezes para o telefone e não fui atendido...
