Precisei da prestação de serviço e infelizmente me senti mau com atendimento após eles diagnóstica e trocarem peças sem a minha autorização.
Ainda afirmaram que só queria me ajudar .
Quando substituiu para as minhas peças estava todas funcionando detalhes era só regulagem da central GNV.
Cuidado com a confiança que vc deposita pois vc pode ser lesado.
Resposta: sim foi aí, mas não quero mais investir nesse assunto mas se quiser posto fotos dos seus adesivos . Inclusive o grande que vai no cilindro.
 Unfortunately I had a problem with my CNG.
I needed the service and unfortunately I felt bad with the service after they diagnosed and exchanged parts without my authorization.
They even said they just wanted to help me.
When it replaced for my parts all were working details it was just adjustment of the CNG plant.
Be careful with the trust you place because you can be harmed.
Answer: yes it was there, but I don't want to invest in this subject anymore but if you want I'll post pictures of your stickers. Including the big one that goes in the cylinder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido pelo telefone, WhatsApp e pessoalmente, oficina muito organizada, pessoal bem treinado e conhecem do serviço. Meu carro uma Toro 2.4, ficou ótima no Gnv, o custo do km rodado caiu pela metade do gasto com gasolina. Estou muito satisfeito e indico essa empresa com louvor.
I was very well attended by phone, WhatsApp and in person, very organized workshop, well-trained and knowledgeable staff. My car is a Toro 2.4, it was great on CNG, the cost of the km driven dropped by half the cost of gasoline. I am very satisfied and recommend this company with praise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após duas semanas calculando o melhor dia para deixar meu carro para a instalação do GNV, combinei com a CONVERTE de deixar meu carro na segunda feira de manhã e pegá-lo na quarta feira a tarde. Assim eu não perderia o feriado e conseguiria trabalhar. Porém na segunda feira pra minha surpresa quando fui deixar meu veiculo, notei q estavam sendo deixados mais 5 veiculos todos para instalar o kit BRC. Ou seja eles estavam pegando seis carros e prometendo entregar na quarta feira. Nos proprietários dos veículos ainda conversamos e achamos estranho eles conseguirem fazer um serviço de qualidade e entregar todos prontos até na quarta. Porém para surpresa quando foi na quarta feira 20/04/2022, liga uma funcionária da empresa avisando que faltou dois funcionários e que alguns carros que estariam programados para entregar hoje só ficariam prontos na sexta feira, ou seja eu passaria o feriado todo sem conseguir ganhar dinheiro no app resultando em prejuízo para mim. Detalhe eu passei na empresa ontem terça feira e vi meu carro estacionado na porta da empresa e ninguém estava trabalhando nele. A empresa trabalha com equipamento de qualidade, isto é indiscutível e foi oque contribuiu para que eu a escolhece dentre outras. Porém a empresa não tem que pensar só nela não. Tem que pensar em nós consumidores tbm. Pontualidade e responsabilidade é indiscutível, temos nossos compromissos poxa, e desculpa que funcionário faltou não justifica até mesmo pq era óbvio que pegar seis carros carros para entregar em 3 dias era irresponsabilidade no mínimo e que n daria tempo de ficar pronto.
After two weeks calculating the best day to leave my car for the CNG installation, I arranged with CONVERTE to leave my car on Monday morning and pick it up on Wednesday afternoon. That way I wouldn't miss the holiday and get to work. But on Monday to my surprise when I went to leave my vehicle, I noticed that 5 more vehicles were being left to install the BRC kit. In other words, they were taking six cars and promising to deliver on Wednesday. We still talk to the owners of the vehicles and we find it strange that they manage to do a quality service and deliver all ready by Wednesday. But to my surprise, when it was on Wednesday, 04/20/2022, a company employee called, warning that two employees were missing and that some cars that were scheduled to be delivered today would only be ready on Friday, that is, I would spend the whole holiday without being able to earn money in the app resulting in loss for me. Detail I stopped by the company yesterday Tuesday and saw my car parked at the company's door and no one was working on it. The company works with quality equipment, this is indisputable and it was what contributed to my choosing it among others. But the company doesn't have to think only about it. You have to think about us consumers too. Punctuality and responsibility is indisputable, we have our commitments, and sorry that employee was absent does not justify even because it was obvious that taking six cars to deliver in 3 days was irresponsible at least and that there would be no time to get ready.

Obs. Elas merecem uma recepção com ar condicionado pq aquele galpão é muito quente . Obrigado a TDS.
Too top. I did my installation there, I loved the service especially from the receptionist (Lu and Roberta) who were super attentive. Go mechanics are also great professionals.
Note They deserve an air-conditioned reception because that shed is very hot. Thanks to TDS.
