★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato depois de ter lido boas referências a respeito da cooperativa. Imaginei que fosse uma cooperativa séria. No entanto, me decepcionei muito ao enviar mensagens pelo Whatsapp sem obter respostas, ter que ligar constantemente para o telefone fixo e ouvir promessas que não foram cumpridas e ser desrespeitada pelo telefone como se eu tivesse ligado para pedir favor. Sim, desrespeitada! Porque desligar o telefone no rosto de alguém que está ligando para saber a respeito do que foi combinado é uma tremenda falta de respeito. Gosto das coisas claras. Se a cooperativa nao presta o serviço que lhe foi perguntado, deveria ter informado desde o primeiro momento. Na minha humilde opinião, quando não se cumpre o que é combinado, perde-se a credibilidade.
I got in touch after reading good references about the cooperative. I assumed it was a serious co-op. However, I was very disappointed when sending messages through Whatsapp without getting answers, having to constantly call my landline and listen to promises that were not kept and being disrespected over the phone as if I had called to ask for a favor. Yes, disrespected! Because hanging up the phone in the face of someone calling to find out about what was agreed is a tremendous lack of respect. I like things clear. If the cooperative does not provide the service you were asked to provide, it should have informed you from the start. In my humble opinion, when what is agreed is not fulfilled, credibility is lost.
