Queria marcar uma consulta, me transferiram 5x de setor, sem ao menos me dar uma explicação, fiquei mais de 20minutos para enfim alguém me atender e falar que hoje não realizavam marcação de consulta pois o consultório estava fechado. Falta de respeito com o cliente!
Bad service from the employees on the phone. I wanted to make an appointment, they transferred me 5x from the sector, without even giving me an explanation, I was over 20 minutes to finally get someone to answer me and say that today they didn't make an appointment because the office was closed. Lack of respect for the customer!
