★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alem da passagem absurdamente cara de Campinas, essa empresa não cumpri com horários, a linha 192 sempre passa adiantado ou atrasado, fora os Motorista que não tem um pingo de educação ( A maioria, principalmente da noite) todos os dias o onibus que deveria passar as 22:00 na Morais Sales passa 22:00 na senador! Isso é um absurdo!
In addition to the absurdly expensive passage from Campinas, this company did not comply with schedules, line 192 always passes early or late, except the driver who has not a shred of education (Most, especially at night) every day the bus that should pass at 22:00 at Morais Sales spend 22:00 at the senator! This is absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motorista mal educado, sem o mínimo de respeito, não é uma pessoa capacitada para trabalhar com pessoas, pena que não sei o nome do motorista somente sei que é da linha 197, porque se soubesse indicaria um treinamento a ele de como ter uma relação com os clientes, afinal é isso que o passageiro é cliente da cooperativa.
É ridículo você ter que pagar uma passagem tão cara para ter um tratamento de lixo.

Onibus 416 não pára no ponto do Frango Assado da Prestes Maia e nao tem nem pra quem reclamar.
Falta de compromisso e respeito com passageiros que saem depois das 23h do trabalho e só querem ir pra casa
24 hours service, but nobody answers the phone.

A maioria dos motoristas desta linha são mal educados. Vocês esquecem que lá atrás se não fosse as assinaturas do povo para ajudar vocês a manter os microônibus nas ruas vocês não teriam lucrado tanto como agora, depende da gente para manter os empregos, e os ônibus rodando, mas tratam a gente como bichos, merecemos respeito e um bom tratamento. Até mesmo porque pagamos umas das tarifas mais caras do país em relação a transporte público merecemos respeito!!

Driver of line 135 bus 182 left me at the stop early with a child on his lap... Uneducated driver, must have been born in a brooder... Must not have a mother!!
Most drivers on this line are rude. You forget that back there if it weren't for the people's signatures to help you keep the minibuses on the streets you wouldn't have profited as much as now, it depends on us to keep the jobs, and the buses running, but they treat us like animals, we deserve it respect and good treatment. Even because we pay one of the most expensive fares in the country in relation to public transport, we deserve respect!!
