Ontem, 01/04/20, por volta de 12:30h, fui comprar um saco de milho, entrei na loja, tinha 4 pessoas conversando em volta de uma pilha de produtos e tinha um cliente sendo atendido no balcão. Assim que cheguei perto do balcão, o cliente que estava sendo atendido saiu, eu já ia pedir o saco de milho, mas antes que falasse uma letra, o vendedor já posicionou o seu corpo e apontou o dedo para um cliente que surgiu ao meu lado, tipo querendo dizer: ele chegou primeiro. Olhei para o lado e tinha um homem aguardando, ele era uns dos que estavam batendo papo no grupo de 4 pessoas afastadas do balcão e, ao ver o primeiro cliente saindo, se aproximou para não perder a vez. Ou seja, ao fazer isso, esse vendedor deixou bem claro que havia uma ordem de chagada ali. Então não falei nada, nada mais justo, ele chegou primeiro. Fiquei uns 5 minutos aguardando enquanto ele atendia esse segundo cliente, foi quando chegou outro cliente, numa hilux, ano 2016 ou acima, de chapéu, óculos escuros e cordão de ouro. O atendimento continuou por mais 2 minutos, e quando esse segundo cliente saiu, em vez do vendedor me atender, o que ele fez? ele atendeu esse cliente com cara de dono de fazenda que chegou depois de mim. Eu fiquei ... da vida, porque dava para notar que houve um certo R ali ou ele esqueceu ? Eu sou negro, estava de chinelo de dedo e óculos de grau, tipo: lógico que vou atender o cara que parece ter 100 cabeças de gado do que esse zé ruela. Enquanto eu incrédulo colocava a mão na cara e me segurando para não perder calma, uma mulher viu que eu ainda não tinha sido atendido e me atendeu; Ou também, ela viu que o vendedor atendeu o cara que chegou depois e percebendo isso me atendeu. Fica o relato, porquê por respeito, eu não gritei, minha intenção era na hora gritar, muitos ao redor iriam escutar e pelo tom de voz perceberiam que eu estava irritado. Na boa, em pleno ano de 2020 o cara faz uma coisa dessas. Se o cara quer ser R, nada contra, que seja na vida pessoal dele, agora interferir no atendimento desta forma é inadmissível.

I looked to the side and there was a man waiting, he was one of those who were chatting in the group of 4 people away from the counter and, when he saw the first customer leaving, he approached so as not to miss his turn. That is, when doing this, this salesman made it very clear that there was an order for arrival there. So I didn't say anything, nothing more fair, he arrived first. I stayed for about 5 minutes while he was attending this second client, that's when another client arrived, in a hilux, year 2016 or above, wearing a hat, sunglasses and a gold cord. The service continued for another 2 minutes, and when that second customer left, instead of the salesman answering me, what did he do? he served this client with the face of a farm owner who arrived after me. I stayed ... for life, because you could see that there was a certain R there or did he forget? I am black, I wore flip-flops and glasses, like: of course I am going to meet the guy who seems to have 100 heads of cattle than this zé alley.
