Minha mãe comprou a parte do meu pai, está com todos os documetos assinados e registrados em cartório e não pode ter o imóvel só em nome dela, pq eles criaram uma regra "insana" que só pode quando ela for vender para outra pessoa!!!! Isso é um absurdo! Ainda por cima querem envolver uma corretagem em algo que não há custo. Somente atualização de dados de proprietário, de casada para divorciada. Um bando de oportunitas!!!! Indignada!
 Terrible!!!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Condomínio Parque Firenze foi entregue inacabado, com altos custos de operação condominial, sem ligação de energia elétrica regular, colocando a vida de pessoas em risco por causa do mal funcionamento do elevador que dá pane todos os dias, condomínio sem transparência da administração, inclusive a sindica não foi escolhida pelos moradores, enfim, é um show de horrores isso aqui. Indico procurar outras cooperativas que no mínimo entregam com tudo funcionando e que a condomínio seja gerido pelos moradores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em se tratando exclusivamente do atendimento na cooperativa, é bom as meninas são super atenciosas e disponíveis, porém o sistema da cooperativa relacionado a retirar e negociar boletos é ruim, eles te obrigam ao atendimento presencial, e o site é extremamente falho, e pouco ajuda em alguma coisa, modernidade tem de sobra nas construções, mais passou bem longe do setor administrativo.
