★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior serviço de transporte que já usei, melhor pedir um UBER. Atrasaram quase meia hora para chegar, acabamos pegando um trânsito que seria evitado se tivesse chegado no horário e ficou mais caro.
Worst shuttle I've ever used, better order a UBER. It took almost half an hour to arrive, we ended up taking a traffic that would be avoided if it had arrived on time and became more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei esperando o táxi, sozinha, por mais de 40 minutos, em uma rua totalmente deserta e perigosa, no meio da madrugada. Da qual não era praticamente nada fora e nem aumenos distante do Centro da Cidade. A mesma que também sempre peço táxi por outras companhias, e aspera sempre foi menor de 5 minutos. Uma demora sem argumentos. Total descaso !!!
I waited for the taxi alone for more than 40 minutes on a completely deserted and dangerous street in the middle of the night. Of which it was practically nothing outside and not far from the City Center. The same one that I also always ask for taxi by other companies, and rough was always less than 5 minutes. A delay without arguments. Total neglect !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em uma viagem de taxi esqueci minha carteira dentro do veículo. Como não havia meu contato dentro da minha carteira. O taxista e a companhia fizeram uma pesquisa e ligaram para meu pai em Curitiba para avisar sobre a carteira. Parabéns a equipe tanto pera rapidez como pela honestidade!
On a taxi ride I forgot my wallet inside the vehicle. As there was my contact in my portfolio. The taxi driver and the company did some research and called my dad in Curitiba to tell me about the wallet. Congratulations to the team for both speed and honesty!

Nada e virtual tudo presencial e além disto não rouba não tem tarifa dinâmica sabemos quem e .e outro dia esqueci minha carteira e o celular e eles me devolveram a cobra nada excelente serviço pois sabemos que não tem faike do nome e RG como tem este aplicativos por aí de baciada onde qualquer um dirige qualquer coisa.

Liguei e fiz uma reserva 2 dias antes para 15h30. As 15h40 liguei para saber onde o atrasado se encontrava.A mulher me informou que meu caso ainda estava em aberto e que literalmebte nao havia taxi para me levar ao destino e que ia ver se havia algum outro taxi pra me levar. Nunca obtive retorno. PESSIMA EMPRESA!!!!!
WORST COMPANY.
I called and made a reservation 2 days in advance for 3:30 pm. At 3:40 pm I called to find out where the late was. The woman informed me that my case was still open and that there was literally no taxi to take me to my destination and that she was going to see if there was another taxi to take me. I never got a return. WORST COMPANY!!!!!

Pedimos um táxi com meia hora de antecedência, para as 20:30 de 14/10/21, e fomos muito claros de que seria para o mesmo dia, inclusive o atendente disse que mandaria o mais próximo. Só que o atendente agendou para o dia seguinte. Resultado: não mandaram o táxi a tempo. Liguei indagando se o táxi estava a caminho e só então descobri que estava agendado para o dia seguinte. A atendente pediu que eu aguardasse pra ela providenciar um táxi imediatamente (pois já estava atrasado) e ficou de me ligar para dar um retorno. Passados mais 10 minutos não veio nem o táxi nem a ligação. Daí minha esposa ligou e pediu um táxi o mais rápido possível e só assim eles mandaram. Total falta de consideração e respeito e por pouco não perco o voo pois esse imbróglio me atrasou mais de 30 minutos.
Terrible service. We ordered a taxi half an hour in advance, for 20:30 on 10/14/21, and we were very clear that it would be for the same day, even the attendant said he would send the closest one. But the attendant booked it for the next day. Result: they didn't send the taxi in time. I called asking if the taxi was on its way and only then found out it was scheduled for the next day. The attendant asked me to wait for her to arrange a taxi immediately (because it was already late) and called to give me a return. After another 10 minutes, neither the taxi nor the call came. Then my wife called and asked for a taxi as soon as possible and that's how they sent it. Total lack of consideration and respect and I almost miss the flight because this imbroglio delayed me more than 30 minutes.
