★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei um carro usado no qual já estava segurado e com rastreador.. tive a indicação do antigo dono para que continuar com o seguro. Porém estou sem condições para pagar o seguro total no momento e decidi ficar só com o rastreador ( 50,00 ) por mês. Fui até a loja em ( feira de Santana) e a atendende queria me cobrar 250 pela adesão. Sem sucesso no desconto decidi ligar para a matriz Pedi que liberasse esse valor pq o carro já estava com tudo instalado. ( Liguei pra sede Alagoinhas para ver se tinha esse desconto aí e continuar como cliente) e tive a resposta negativa( - são normas da empresa. Tem que pagar ) enfim vcs preferem perder o cliente novo que tenho 2 motos e 3 carros. Mas prefere pagar o funcionário para tirar o rastreador do que facilitar. ( Não leva em conta a pandemia e etc.. ) será que é rigoroso assim pra resolver os B.OS dos clientes. ??
 I bought a used car in which I was already insured and with a tracker... I had an indication from the former owner to continue with the insurance. But I am unable to pay full insurance at the moment and decided to stick with the tracker (50.00) per month. I went to the store in (feira de Santana) and the attendant wanted to charge me 250 for membership. With no success in the discount I decided to call the matrix I asked them to release this amount because the car already had everything installed. (I called Alagoinhas headquarters to see if there was this discount and to continue as a client) and I had the negative answer (- these are company norms. You have to pay) in short, you prefer to lose the new client, as I have 2 motorcycles and 3 cars. But you'd rather pay the employee to remove the tracker than facilitate it. (It doesn't take into account the pandemic, etc..) Is it that strict to solve the clients' B.OS. ??
