★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, recepcionista ríspida, e diz que não trabalham com dente "do fundo" somente dentes "da frente". E quando relatei dor, ela disse que o dentista nem vai querer avaliar por estar com dor.

a quebrar esse dente comendo pipoca isso porque o dentista
tinha dito que eu poderia ir a uma churrascaria que o dente estava
excelente e só quebraria com um acidente e se não basta-se o mal a mim causado
voltei e la ele faz um curativo meia boca e fala pra eu aguardar a aprovação
do convenio pra restaurar e nisso boba eu fiquei, confiei a quase dois meses
sem nenhum respeito não me ligou e então resolvo ligar no convenio pronta pra
reclamar e descubro que esta aprovado faz tempo que a clinica se recusou a realizar
o procedimento.
enfim pra resumir estou me sentindo enganada, com a vaidade ferida porque os
dentes faz parte do seu cartão de visita.
oque posso fazer e vou fazer é correr atrás de órgão responsáveis e usar meio de comunicação que isso é direito meu pra alertar as pessoas de seu direitos como consumidor pra que algo seja feito poque não foi de graça, foi pago e quero
ressarcimento, não que isso traga o meu dente de volta mas pelo menos de uma
aparência digna de quem trabalha e pagam pelo serviço e exigem que seja bem feito. Obs: lute pelo seus direitos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha esposa duas vezes, para realizar um canal e o "profissional" que se diz dentista a tratou com frieza e arrogância...não quis anestesiar e muito menos entender que cada um é diferente do outro!!! Só soube do ocorrido dois dias depois que ela comentou comigo, pois, se fosse no dia eu tinha quebrado ele e a clínica no pau!! Isso só acontece porque não pagamos no particular. O convênio deve pagar pouco e o tratamento é esse lixo que recebemos!!!
Espero que quando algum familiar de vocês precisarem desses tipos de gente, não passem o que minha mulher passou!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei agendar horário por 2 vezes pelo convênio, pediram pra entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp para pegarem o código, na primeira nem responderam, na segunda me perguntaram sobre um horário, disse que não podia e não responderam mais e hoje na 3ª tentativa nem telefone atendem mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iniciei um tratamento de coroa pelo convênio, mas ao fim do tratamento eu iria perder o meu convênio. Então avisei antecipadamente a Cooperdonto que me pediu para ligar inúmeras vezes para o convênio liberar a guia e finalizar o procedimento antes do fim do contrato. Assim o fiz e o convênio me confirmou a liberação da guia, mas o consultório nega e diz que só irá finalizar o tratamento se eu pagar particular.
Não respondem mais as minhas mensagens, não me dão nenhum retorno e já estou a dois meses com o dente aberto. Completa falta de consideração e profissionalismo.
I started a crown treatment through the insurance, but at the end of the treatment I would lose my insurance. So I told Cooperdonto in advance, who asked me to call the agreement several times to release the guide and complete the procedure before the end of the contract. I did so and the agreement confirmed the release of the guide, but the office denies it and says that it will only complete the treatment if I pay privately.
They don't respond to my messages anymore, they don't give me any feedback and I've had an open tooth for two months now. Complete lack of consideration and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2020 , iniciei meu tratamento na clínica do Dr Sérgio Fernando G coelho (CRO 47397) em Mogi das cruzes - Rua Coronel Souza Franco , pelo convênio Bradesco Dental .
Por diversas vezes solicitei uma perícia no tratamento realizado e até agora não ocorreu a perícia física somente após muito solicitar aconteceu via papéis pelo Dr o convênio deu razão ao profissional sendo que não passei por um profissional perito .
Hoje me encontro abandonado com provisórios na frente a 2 anos pois ele tirou a coroa anterior ( claro q precisava mas acabou arrancando e me deixando na mão sem dente na frente .
*** e o pior ninguém aceita pegar o trabalho dele ***
Em 2010 estive na clínica e até realizou um bom trabalho mas o honesto de ontem , se tornou o ( sem comentários hoje )
Quer arriscar entregue a boca na mão dele via convênio e será o próximo a deixar mensagem aqui
