Sempre utilizo e minha família também.A Coopertaxi tem uma precisão e rapidez incrível para atendimento via telefone, via zap ,as pessoas que realizam os atendimentos,são educados,rápidos.O agendamento funciona muito bem,os veículos são sempre muito novos,identificados,cumprem os protocolos de prevenção. São exímios nos horários,e através do aplicativo é possivel acompanhar o deslocamento do veículo destinado ao atendimento. Quando ocorre algum atraso,a empresa imediatamente entra em contato e vai mantendo o cliente informado da posição do veículo destinado.E a segurança no transporte e muito valiosa,os motoristas são muito cuidadosos .Alguns dias eu utilizei os serviços por seis vezes seguidas,devido a um problema de saúde,Eu me deslocava de um laboratório a outro,por ser urgência, contei com a disponibilidade da Coopertaxi.E um fator muito importante que na minha opiniao agrega muito é a possibilidade de transporte de cadeirante desde que a cadeira seja dobrável para ser colocada no porta malas.A Coopertaxi é muito sofisticada no atendimento de seus clientes,ela valoriza em 100% os seus clientes,e para completar os comentários a empresa também oferece os serviços de AVALIAÇÃO, do serviços prestados,que é indispensável para manter e melhorar a cada dia mais a qualidade de seus serviços prestados.

The scheduling works very well, the vehicles are always very new, identified, comply with prevention protocols. When there is any delay, the company immediately gets in touch and keeps the customer informed of the position of the intended vehicle. And transport safety is very valuable, the drivers are very careful. Some days I used the services six times in a row, due to to a health problem, I moved from one laboratory to another, because it was urgent, I had Coopertaxi available. And a very important factor that, in my opinion, adds a lot is the possibility of transporting a wheelchair user as long as the chair is foldable to be placed in the trunk. Coopertaxi is very sophisticated in serving its customers, it values its customers 100%, and to complete the comments the company also offers EVALUATION services, the services provided, which is essential to maintain and improve the quality of its services every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o serviço com a atendente Marcia embaraçada para atender não anota o que passamos o que pode atrapalhar quem tem pressa ....fiz o pedido em 40 minutos o Taxi não havia chegado Experiência frustrada.......novo contato com o Pedro foi feito aí foi resolvido....peço que oriente a funcionária para ser mais ligeira 6volts.... após 2° chamada 10 minutos chegou com 30 minutos....desagradável atendimento com atraso...
