Com o motorista Leonardo José, passeio compartilhado indicado pelo Marcos cruz que organiza passeios. Foi ótima a experiência, educação, compromisso e respeito com os turistas. Proporcionando conforto e qualidade no serviço. No dia 11/06/21 fiz o passeio para lado oeste e novamente o Marcos nos encaminhou para o motorista Lucas, onde o mesmo se incomodou por irmos dentro do carro, sendo que deixei claro que queria ir dentro do carro. Chegando no mangue ele marcou 20 min para fotos, terminando os 20 min, entrarmos no Carro ele andou um pouco com o vídro aberto e parou o carro esperando alguns turistas que estávamos juntos tirar foto, foi quando após uns 5 min com o carro parado , sol quente e ar desligado, fui pedir para ligar o ar. Aí ele começou com ignorância, falando que era pra esperar que ele iria ligar, que as pessoas estavam tirando foto ainda, eu disse que queria apenas que ligasse o ar, estava quente e ele começou alterar voz, onde questionei o tempo de 20 min e ele veio ao carro e começou a me coagir, intimidar, humilhando perto dos outros turistas e minha esposa,. Ali o passeio acabou pra mim. Não recomendo esse Lucas de jeri. experiencia péssima. Despreparo total. Infelizmente. Atenção cooperativa.
I took the trip to the east on the date of 06/10/21
With driver Leonardo José, shared tour recommended by Marcos Cruz, who organizes tours. The experience, education, commitment and respect for tourists was great. On 06/11/21 I took the trip to the west side and again Marcos referred us to the driver Lucas, where he was bothered by us going inside the car, and I made it clear that I wanted to go inside the car. Arriving at the mangrove swamp he booked 20 minutes for photos, ending the 20 minutes, we got into the car he walked a little with the window open and stopped the car waiting for some tourists who were together to take pictures, that was when after about 5 min with the car stopped, hot sun and off air, I asked to turn on the air. Then he started with ignorance, saying that I should wait for him to call, that people were still taking pictures, I said I just wanted the air to turn on, it was hot and he started to change voice, where I questioned the time of 20 min and he came to the car and started to coerce me, intimidate me, humiliate me around the other tourists and my wife. There the tour ended for me. I don't recommend this Lucas de Jeri. very bad experience. Total unpreparedness. Unfortunately. Cooperative attention.

I made a reservation for a private transfer from Fortaleza to Jeri for a total of 850R.
« Unfortunately », the car broke after 30 mins.
After 15 mins on the side of the road we had to go with another car with already two people in it. Our transfer was no longer private but the initial driver asked me for 600 R (700 at the beginning) whereas I was supposed to pay half (around 400 R).
The agency didn’t want to consider my claim.
What a shame.
