Comprei minha passagem online e paguei todas as taxas descritas. Ao embarcar, queriam me cobrar a "taxa da cidade" que só poderia ser paga em dinheiro. Qdo informei que só tinha cartão, fui informada que não poderia embarcar. Após longa espera, fui liberada sem efetuar o pagamento.
Dirty and disorganized place.
I bought my ticket online and paid all the fees described. When boarding, they wanted to charge me the "city tax" which could only be paid in cash. When I informed that I only had a card, I was informed that I could not board. After a long wait, I was released without making the payment.
