★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de chegar no aeroporto Santos Dumont as 22:25 do dia 14/08 e as moças da cootramo me ofereceu um taxi, vi o valor que deu pra minha residencia, 159 reais. Fui pegar minha mala e voltei pra pegar o taxi, pra minha surpresa, a moça disse que o carro tinha acabado, aí disse pra falar com o rapaz da cootramo lá fora que conseguiria um carro pra mim, e pra minha surpresa era um táxi comum, resumindo me trouxe em casa e teve a cara de pau de me cobrar o valor especial, disse que é tudo um esquema e além do serviço ruim, ainda dividem o dinheiro e a cootramo não ganha o dinheiro. São funcionários ruins que não merecem trabalhar na empresa....
I just arrived at Santos Dumont airport at 22:25 on the 14/08 and the girls from cootramo offered me a taxi, I saw the value they gave to my residence, 159 reais. I went to get my suitcase and came back to get the taxi, to my surprise, the lady said that the car was gone, then she said to talk to the guy from cootramo outside that he would get me a car, and to my surprise it was an ordinary taxi , in short, he brought me home and had the nerve to charge me the special amount, he said that it's all a scam and besides the bad service, they still share the money and cootramo doesn't earn the money. They are bad employees who do not deserve to work at the company....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento para um táxi que se diz “executivo” e cobra mais caro por isso. 1º o taxista não sabia chegar ao destino e ficou buscando o caminho pelo GPS do celular enquanto estava dirigindo trazendo grande risco de acidente 2º o veículo com cheiro impregnado de cigarro, foi impossível ficar no veículo com as janelas fechadas e ar condicionado, tive que ir o trajeto inteiro com o vidro aberto. Resumindo, pegue táxi comum ou Uber que irá pagar mais barato e com certeza terá um melhor atendimento!
Bad service for a taxi that calls itself “executive” and charges more for it. 1st the taxi driver didn't know how to get to the destination and kept looking for the way through the cell phone's GPS while driving, bringing a great risk of accident 2nd the vehicle smelled of cigarettes, it was impossible to stay in the vehicle with the windows closed and air conditioning, I had to go the entire path with the window open. In short, take a regular taxi or Uber that will pay cheaper and you will definitely get better service!
