★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente opção para o frango assado de domingo. Na verdade, o frango de qualquer dia da semana, de tão delicioso que ele é. Crocante na pele e macio por dentro com temperos na medida certa, sem ser muito salgado (no sal e no preço).
De finais de semana também fazem uma carne assada maravilhosa (um pouco gordurosa para os fanáticos da saúde).
Por encomenda também assam uma costelinha maravilhosa, que sai MUITO mais em conta (e saudável) do que as costelinhas de restaurantes (estou olhando pra você Outback!).
Ainda não experimentamos os outros cortes de carne.
Excellent choice for Sunday roast chicken. In fact, the chicken any day of the week, so delicious that it is. Crunchy on the skin and soft inside with seasonings in the right measure, without being too salty (in salt and in price).
Weekends also make wonderful roast beef (a bit greasy for health fanatics).
To order also they roast a wonderful little snack, which comes out MUCH more (and healthy) than the restaurant ribs (I'm looking at you Outback!).
We have not tried the other cuts of meat yet.
