★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraram R$ 50 por uma limpeza que resolveria o problema de puxar o papel. Não resolveu e levei la de volta, abriram outra OS e fizeram a maior confusão, além da canseira. Tive que pedir o dinheiro de volta e a devolução da impressora. Demoram mais de duas semanas para devolver, além de eu ter que falar com vários atendentes desnorteados sobre o assunto que me ligaram sem saber do assunto antes.
Hoje entregaram a impressora com parafusos faltantes, a tampa não fecha mais e detalhe, olhando mais adentro achei uma formiga grande e morta (onde foi feita essa tal limpeza?)
Devolveram o dinheiro mas não pretendo levar mais nada nesse local, surpreenderam negativamente com o serviço e atendimento.
They charged me R $ 50 for a cleaning that would solve the problem of pulling the paper. It didn't work out and I took it back, they opened another OS and made the biggest confusion, besides being tired. I had to ask for the money back and return the printer. It takes more than two weeks to return, and I have to talk to several bewildered attendants on the subject who called me without knowing the subject before.
Today they delivered the printer with missing screws, the lid does not close anymore and detail, looking further in, I found a large and dead ant (where was this cleaning done?)
They returned the money but I do not intend to take anything else there, they surprised me negatively with the service and attendance.

Deixei minha impressora 4 dias para trocar apenas 1 cartucho que estava vazando e eu não tinha a peça e tinha pressa... ninguém sequer colocou a mão nela para tentar arrumar da forma que foi voltou. Não passaram nem um paninho para disfarçar. Falaram que não tinha jeito. E estou com ela trabalhando até hoje de boa, depois que eu mesmo arrumei. Nem sequer ligaram para informar. Tive que ligar para te informações a respeito... O atendimento pelo whatsapp é horrível. Só te atendem bem para oferecer impressora ou pacotes de tonner para comprar. Quando fala que não quer comprar ou alugar e que quer comprar ou saber informações sobre 1tonner apenas. Não te respondem mais... Dos 3 atendimentos que tive lá e ainda insisti em voltar. Não fui bem atendido em nenhum. Pela experiência que tive Não recomendo.
Horrible service. I left my printer 4 days to change only 1 cartridge that was leaking and I didn't have the part and I was in a hurry... no one even put their hand on it to try to fix it the way it was returned. They didn't even use a cloth to disguise it. They said there was no way. And I'm still working with her today, after I fixed it myself. They didn't even call to report. I had to call you for information about it... The service through whatsapp is horrible. They only serve you well to offer printer or toner packs to buy. When you say that you don't want to buy or rent and that you want to buy or know information about 1tonner only. They don't answer you anymore... Of the 3 calls I had there and I still insisted on coming back. I was not well attended to in any. From the experience I had, I don't recommend it.
