The service is terrible, we call more, they don’t answer it without water since yesterday with a child at home my father’s clothes hospitalized for lava and no water when you don’t pay the bill in an instant it cuts now when we need them not even there and a shame

I had a bad service with my full sum I ordered on 02/17 with deadline until 02/24, my sum came clean and urgent, this is a little shame you give them the deadline not to meet ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido na agência de São Joaquim de Bicas. Após marcação pela web, tive meu horário de atendimento respeitado e meu problema foi resolvido. Sempre que precisei ir até uma agência da Copasa, eu resolvi meus problemas. Tudo bem que não é rápido, mas o pessoal se esforça bem pra colocar as coisas em ordem para os clientes. Não à privatização!
I was very well attended at the São Joaquim de Bicas agency. After booking through the web, I had my office hours respected and my problem was solved. Whenever I needed to go to a Copasa agency, I solved my problems. Okay, it’s not fast, but the staff tries hard to get things in order for the customers. No to privatization!
