â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento!Minha mĂŁe q Ă© idosa foi muito mal atendida no setor do SUS,uma mĂ©dica pĂ©ssima,q nem fez o exame correto,ainda um atendente pegou um papel colocou no rosto da minha mĂŁe e perguntou se ela estava enxergando eu nunca vi exame oftalmogico assim, e ele ainda falou q a gente estava atrapalhando ele porque questionamos o atendimento,quem Ă© SUS Ă© tratado como lixo nessa clĂnica.

â â â â â Marquei duas consultas hoje para mĂ©dicos diferentes, uma para meu marido Ă s 07:00h e outra para mim Ă s 08h00. SaĂmos bem cedo de casa e, ao chegar lĂĄ, fomos informado que os mĂ©dicos nĂŁo iriam comparecer hoje. Um desrespeito total ao cliente, alĂ©m do pĂ©ssimo atendimento.
I made two appointments today with different doctors, one for my husband at 7 am and one for me at 8 am. We left the house very early and, when we got there, we were informed that the doctors would not be showing up today. A total disrespect to the customer, in addition to the terrible service.

â â â â â A ClĂnica visa a quantidade $$$, logo tenta atender a diversos convĂȘnios, particulares e ao SUS de uma vez sĂł e nĂŁo possui estrutura ou equipe de funcionĂĄrios o suficiente para isso. O resultado sĂŁo pacientes amontoados sem acentos o suficiente, muito barulho, desorganização e uma equipe sobrecarregada, estressada e por vezes grosseira.
The Clinic aims at the amount of $$$, so it tries to attend to several health insurance plans, private individuals and the SUS at once, and does not have enough structure or staff to do so. The result is huddled patients without enough seats, too much noise, disorganization, and an overworked, stressed, and sometimes rude staff.

O atendimento na recepção foi padrĂŁo, nada a dizer sobre elesâŠ
A crĂtica Ă© sobre o atendimento do mĂ©dico e seus auxiliares.
Primeiro que a verificação do grau foi feita nas pressas, nĂŁo dilataram minhas pupilas, acredito que por causa do horĂĄrio (jĂĄ passava das 17h), segundo o atendimento mĂ©dico, o Dr SĂ©rgio mal examinou, fiz uma queixa e ele simplesmente mandou a auxiliar prescrever um colĂrio lubrificante. NĂŁo passou mais exames, na hora da leitura das letras na placa (ajuste do grau), ele ditava, enfim, o nĂvel da consulta foi baixĂssimo, muitas Ăłticas oferecem um serviço muito melhor.
Marquei a consulta através do Hapvida, o mesmo não nos då mais opçÔes.
Resumindo, nem volto lĂĄ e nem recomendo.

First, the degree check was done in a hurry, my pupils did not dilate, I believe that because of the time (it was after 5 pm), according to the medical service, Dr SĂ©rgio barely examined it, I made a complaint and he simply sent the assistant to prescribe a lubricating eye drops. He didn't pass any more exams, when reading the letters on the plate (grade adjustment), he dictated, in short, the level of consultation was very low, many opticians offer a much better service.
I booked the appointment through Hapvida, it doesn't give us more options.
In short, I won't go back there and I don't recommend it.

No dia 14/12/2021,fiz uma cirurgia de catarata na unidade Boa Vista, nesta data foi feito um mutirão.o atendimento foi ótimo como também a cirurgia. No outro dia foi marcada a revisão o problema foi no atendimento desta revisão. Estava marcada para as 16:00 horas, mais fui informado que poderia vir de manhã que seria atendido, como moro na cidade de Ipojuca uso o transporte disponibilizado pela prefeitura, pois não tenho condição financeira de pagar o transporte ate a clinica, o Înibus sai daqui as 02:30 da manhã e retorna as 12:00 horas.
EntĂŁo chequei na clinica as 05:30 horas e ate as 11:00 horas nĂŁo havia sido atendido, fui falar com o medico e expliquei o problema do meu transporte ,a atitude do medico simplesmente foi me dizer que tinha que aguardar e fechou a porta como se eu estivesse pedindo esmola. De imediato procurei o coordenador Sr. Jorge e expliquei o problema a ele que de imediato resolveu o problema, inclusive outras pessoas que estavam na mesma situação foram atendidas eram uns 10 pacientes, dai ficou claro que os mĂ©dicos sĂŁo irresponsĂĄveis , insensĂveis e arrogantes. E que a unidade Ă© bem coordenada pelo Sr. Jorge. Nos que moramos em cidades do interior a maioria depende do transporte cedido pela prefeitura, entĂŁo a direção da clinica deveria dar uma atenção melhor a essas pessoas. Inclusive na hora da revisĂŁo falei ao medico que no lado esquerdo do meu olho estou vendo uma mancha escura meia curva, ele me informou que Ă© normal, sĂł que ate agora a mancha nĂŁo desapareceu.

It was scheduled for 4:00 pm, but I was informed that I could come in the morning that I would be seen, as I live in the city of Ipojuca I use the transport provided by the city hall, as I cannot afford to pay for transport to the clinic, the bus leaves from here at 02:30 in the morning and back at 12:00.
So I checked at the clinic at 5:30 am and until 11:00 am I had not been seen, I went to talk to the doctor and explained the problem of my transport, the doctor's attitude was simply telling me I had to wait and closed the door as if I was begging. I immediately looked for the coordinator Mr. Jorge and explained the problem to him, who immediately solved the problem, including other people who were in the same situation were treated, there were about 10 patients, so it was clear that the doctors are irresponsible, insensitive and arrogant. And that the unit is well coordinated by Mr. Jorge. In those who live in cities in the interior, most depend on transport provided by the city hall, so the direction of the clinic should pay better attention to these people. Even at the time of the review, I told the doctor that on the left side of my eye I'm seeing a dark, half-curved spot, he informed me that it's normal, but so far the spot hasn't disappeared.

â â â â â Acabei de chegar ao COPE, na parte que atende o SUS, com o meu pai idoso de 68 anos e com catarata, para uma consulta especĂfica. O rapaz que organiza as filas simplesmente nĂŁo me deixou entrar pois disse que era apenas aglomeração. Meu pai alĂ©m de idoso muito debilitado dos olhos. E detalhe, a justificativa foi porque meu pai andou 6 passos sozinho, em um lugar plano. Descaso total. Toda criança e idoso tem o direito de acompanhante, porĂ©m ainda presenciamos fatos desprezĂveis.

â â â â â Os trabalhadores fazem bom trabalho, tentam agilizar o mĂĄximo possĂvel. Mas o ambiente da COPE Ă© muito carregado, muitas unidades pĂșblicas sĂŁo mais organizadas e com ambiĂȘncia melhor. Nesse ponto em especial, deveria haver melhoras, pois o que parece Ă© algo bem bagunçado com gente com longa espera para ser atendido. Poderia haver mais alguns especialista para atender Ă demanda, pois tentar economizar nisso acaba por tornar o atendimento ruim.
Workers do a good job, try to speed up as much as possible. But COPE's environment is very busy, many public units are more organized and have a better ambience. At this point in particular, there should be improvements, because what seems to be something very messy with people with a long wait to be served. There could be a few more specialists to meet the demand, as trying to save on that ends up making the service poor.
